Bale up for Terminator

Christian Bale is in final talks to play John Connor in Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins, the fourth film in the Terminator franchise.
The movie is, somewhat unfortunately, directed by the daftly monikered McG, and its hoped to be the first in a reboot of the Terminator series.
Set in the future, after the machines have taken over, it’s possible Bale may only have a small role.
